If you order the product today, 12/19/2014, you will need to cancel by 1/2/2015 to avoid being charged. Your credit card will be billed $5.99 USD for the shipping of your 14 day trial shipment. If you are satisfied with your Saffron Extract supplement Saffron Grand you need do nothing else. Upon the expiration of the trial period you will, you will automatically be enrolled in our Auto Delivery Value membership program and a 30 day supply will be shipped to you and your card will be billed $89.98. Every 30 days after that, you will be shipped another 30 day supply and billed the membership-only price of $49.99 USD. If you decide not to participate in the 30 day auto-ship program after the 14 day trial, simply contact us by phone or email to cancel.

PLEASE NOTE: Upon cancellation of your trial product a cancellation notification will be emailed immediately after the cancellation is created. There's no obligation, you can cancel your trial by using one of the following methods:

Please note: All cancellations receive a cancellation confirmation email that is sent to the email address that you provided to us upon ordering your trial package. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email when cancelling your trial, please contact Billing Support to confirm that your trial is cancelled.

The 14 day trial period includes shipping and transit time. Customers usually receive their product within 3-5 business days of ordering. If you want to extend your trial period due to slow postal delivery or delayed pickup, you must contact Billing Support.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CONSUMER TRANSACTION WILL HOLD YOU LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF 30 DAY SUPPLY, SHIPPED TO YOU, IF YOU FAIL TO NOTIFY US WITHIN THE 14 DAY GRACE PERIOD.

Return/Refund Policy

To request a return of the trial bottle, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number within fourteen (14) days of original ship date. An RMA number can be obtained by contacting Billing Support at support@saffrongrand.com. You will receive a response within 24 business hours.

Please Note:

1) Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product.

2) Please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping deparment is NOT able to accept any packages without an RMA number.

3) Depending on the bank that issues the credit card you used, your refund can take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement. If you have any questions about whether a refund has been issued please contact Billing Support

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.

Shipping and Insurance

The standard ground mail service is shipped via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. We will make your shipment our priority and ship these packages out the same day for all orders placed before 1PM Pacific Standard Time and the next day for all orders placed after 2PM Pacific Standard Time (packages will arrive within 3-5 business days). Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.

Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time as deemed necessary. Any and all changes will take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use this website after changes are made to the terms and conditions, you are indicating your consent to the new terms and conditions.
